🛡️ Why Vaccines Matter More as We Age

💉 Recommended Vaccines for Adults Age 60+

💉 Recommended Vaccines for Adults Age 60+

As we get older, our immune systems naturally weaken, making it harder to fight off infections and recover from illness. Age also increases the risk of developing serious complications from diseases that may be mild in younger people. That’s why staying up to date on vaccines is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your health.

The Bottom Line

  • Vaccines don’t just protect you—they also help protect your family, caregivers, and community.

  • Staying current on immunizations reduces hospitalizations, complications, and missed time with loved ones.

🗓️ Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about which vaccines are right for you based on your age, health conditions, and vaccine history.
